Refund Policy for Break Into Blogging, The Blog Kit, and Subscribe Vibe

Course purchases of Break Into Blogging, The Blog Kit, or Subscribe Vibe may be returned for up to 30 days after purchase. To receive a refund, you must email hello@beccaklein.co requesting a refund by 11:59 PM EST on the 30th day after purchase. For example, if you purchased a course on March 1, you would have until 11:59 PM EST on March 30 to request a refund.

If you meet this deadline, your refund request will be granted and you will receive a refund of 100% of the price you paid for the course.

NO REFUND REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE GRANTED FOR ANY REASON.

Once you receive a refund, your access to the course site and any course materials will be revoked. If your course includes a course Facebook group, you will be removed from that group.

Your refund request will be processed by us within 2 business days, but it may take longer to show up with your payment processor.

Refund Policy for Blog Audits and Blog in a Box

To receive a refund for a Blog Audit or the Blog in a Box service, you must email your refund request to hello@blogandbiz.com before a date is set for your Blog Audit or for delivery of the final product for Blog in a Box. Once a date has been set, it means that work has begun on your project, and no refunds will be given.

A date is considered set for these purposes when you receive an email from us giving you a date.
